How to make a Claim 

As your insurance adviser, we coordinate all claims on your behalf.
We believe the true test of insurance is at claim time, and providing fast and efficient claims service and advice is the most important role we provide.

As such, our clients have access to a free 24/7 Emergency Claims Assist hotline to ensure they have someone to help, whenever that may be.

In the event of a claim, we will:

  • Provide you with the insurers claim form if needed

  • Arrange for the loss assessor to be appointed if applicable

  • Advise on the completion of the claim form

  • Provide advice to ensure you have received your full entitlements


WHAT TO DO:

Notification of claims

All losses or incidents which may result in a should be reported as soon as practicable.

As a guide, we will generally require the following information to assist with lodging and managing your claim:

  • Description of incident including Date and Time

  • Location where incident occurred

  • Estimate of loss

  • Action being taken to minimise loss

Loss minimisation

Action should be immediately taken to protect property from further damage; however no action should be taken to repair damage until instructed by us, or the Insurer.
